Established in 2018, till date Alvin&Joyce have successfully assisted more than 100 home owners with their property transactions in a single year.

Having experiences in the engineering and customer service industry, Alvin honed his skills in meeting tight timelines, working under pressure while delivering great customer care. No doubt, this has trained Alvin to become an individual who strives to deliver the best for his clients.

Likewise, being in the accounting industry, attention to detail is a trait that Joyce definitely possess. Managing tight timelines, month end closings and preparing reports have drilled Joyce into becoming a hardworking and meticulous individual.

In 2018, they went out of their comfort zone to venture into the Real Estate industry.

Alvin&Joyce focused on HDB transactions and drilled themselves with HDB timelines of many different scenarios.

Till date, they have successfully helped many HDB owners sell off their flat and move into their new one without any troubles.

Clients’ interests are always a priority to them and they always made sure that their clients’ interests are never compromised.

Their highest record was achieving 10 HDB sales and purchase transactions on top of other rentals in a month without compromising any of their clients.
